Min-goal Update Monday
Let me start off by saying that you all are doing FAB-U-LOUS!!! PLEASE tell me what your eating and what type of exercise plan your plan your involved with. I haven't seen big numbers drop from my scale in weeks.
So I'm down 2 pounds this week which brings me to 194. I believe my original goal is to get to 188 by valentine's day. I'm fearing that I might not meet my goal. But I'm going to keep working out and trying to get in more protein.

According to your profile you're very close to that 6 month mark and its very normal for things to slow down dramatically around that time from everything I've read. 2 pounds in a week is still great! I'm only 2 1/2 months out and there are weeks I only lose 2 lbs as well.
With that said, I will add that I've noticed that if I dont get enough protein my loss slows pretty drastically so I make sure to get in around 70g a day (I've been told I'm higher than needed on that)I eat a lot of chicken, tuna salad, and my new best friend..soy, as well as do a protein supplement.
As for exercise, I have 1/2 hour 2x a week with a personal trainer (through my work) and I walk on my treadmill 3 times a week for 1/2 hour each time.
Not sure if that helps or not, but thats what I've been doing.
Thanks for the feedback....it just dawned on me this morning that Valentine's day will be my 6 month surgaversary! Isn't that fitting. This week things started kicking in...i went to the gym 7 days straight took yesterday off and was up early this morning at a spin class. With that said, I lost 4 pounds this week. I haven't had a big loss like that in almost 2 months. 2 more pounds to reach my goal. THanks for the support.
