Min-goal Update Monday
Another Monday and its time to post updates on our Valentines Day mini-goals. If you're reading this and saying what the heck is a Valentines Day Mini-goal....we're doing mini-goals to help keep our motivation going and Valentines Day is our first min-goal, so make a goal you'd like to achieve by Valentines Day and join in.
My update..My goal was to lose 20lb before Valentines day, the first week I lost 7, last week was 2, so 9 down and 11 to go.
I did my weigh in this morning and I'm down 5 more for this week which brings me to a total of 14..just 6 more to go!!
So how is everyone else doing on their mini-goal?
