Mini-goal update Monday
Another Monday and time to update on our Valentines day mini-goals again.How are you progressing toward your Valentines mini-goal?
My scale wasnt as nice to me this week, but thats ok. I've noticed that I go a couple weeks with really low numbers..then wham! A large loss. Not to mention I havent done so great with water this week and my trip kind of threw me off on protein several days.
This week I lost 2 lbs, which brings me to 249 and a total of 9lbs lost toward my mini-goal of 20 lbs before Valentines day so I'm almost half way there and just over 3 weeks to go.
Congratulations to all of you on your weight loss this week!! I'm down only a pound which brings me to 196. I find that since i've been going to the gym regularly, i haven't been losing as much. I hope this is just a phase and I start getting those 4 lb. lossing again...REAL SOON. I feel like at this rate i won't reach my goal of 188 by Valentine's day.
