I've been thinking and would there be any interest?

I've brought this up to hubby a couple times and hes all for it, so I thought I would finally bring it up here. Would there be any interest if I opened up my house once a month for an unofficial OH RI "meeting" ? Basically just a chance for everyone to get together and chat, meet the people we're talking to all the time and ask questions-get advice, etc.  I love going to support meetings, but sometimes wish they were more frequent because I enjoy talking to everyone so much. I also realy enjoy talking to everyone here, so I just wondered if there would be any interest in it. Extrememly informal and there could be nothing or we could do like pot-luck dinners or something. Who knows, If theres any interest we can figure it out then.  So what does everyone think?

Depends on the when and where.  With two active kids, I really don't have a lot of free time, but I am willing to commit to a set time every month.  Let me know

I would love to! Unfortunately, between my hubby's work and school schedules, the only day I have reliable child care is Sunday. He is done with school at the end of February (yay!!), so my nights will free up a bit after that point. If you guys decide on a day other than Sunday, I can try to get a babysitter. Thanks for the idea, Angela!

I'm more than happy to host, or if we alternate thats great too...I just think it will be great to get together with everyone.  I've started a new thread about a day. I cant wait to get together!
