Valentines Day mini-Goal Updates
Hi Everyone!
7lbs. in one week...let me know what you're doing. I started going to the gym last week or so, 3x a week. I'm only down 1lb (197), I was hoping that I would have lost 3lbs. but at least it's something. I'm curious to know what everyone's workout plan is like. Also, are you guys counting calories? I never do...i usually just look to see how much protein and sugar something has. Last night, I was watching a plastic surgery show on discovery and a gastric bypass patient says she only eats 500 calories a day...she was 18 months out and looked amazing( with clothes on, hence the plastic surgery). Krista I would love to know how your consult goes as well. I know i look good with clothes on but as i lose my 30 year old body looks more and more disgusting to me.
