Valentines Day mini-Goal Updates

Its Monday and time for our mini-goal updates. How is everyone doing toward their mini-goal? I did my weigh in this morning and the scale was kind to me this week. I'm at 251, thats 7lbs this week, another 13 to go to meet my mini-goal by Valentines Day.  If you didnt catch the first post, we're doing mini-goals for Valentines day, and posting updates on Mondays so feel free to join in.  I cant wait to see everyones progress!

The scale is still not moving, but now I'm taking matters into my own hands and scheduling a PS consult! I am also starting a more restrictive diet that is yeast, gluten, egg, legume, and dairy free (long story, but if anyone wants details, PM me) - I'm pretty sure I'll drop some more weight doing that.  I also need to increase my exercise...I just bought a mini trampoline that came with a DVD, it's really fun! ($49.99 at Benny's, if anyone wants one!) Good job, Angela!

Unfortunately the scale didn't move this week.  But on the good side it didn't go up either. I'll just keep working at it, maybe this week will be a better one.  I also need to keep a tighter leash on myself.  I noticed my appetite is getting bigger and since the holidays I've been picking at food, which is not good. So nows the time to get back on track! dave

Your weight loss is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the good work.

I am still working on my mini goal(s).  Plan to get my exercise bike the end of this month.  Just trying to stay on track with those mini changes .

doing good with my goal- which was to work on getting testing scheduled and done.  everything will be done by then, except sleep study- 1st consult is 2/20, then who knows- oh well!
