Since my cancelation

Hello all...I just wanted to check in with you all and thank you for the support and encouraging posts after I didn't make my surgery. It was more comforting that you can know. I have never heard from the surgeon since that fateful day,  nor have I contacted him. I am not sure what Blue Cross will think about my non surgery after all that testing. In any case, My daughter (a Weigh****cher's 115 lb loser) hauled my but back to WW and in the past 2 weeks, I have lost 7 lbs. I am not finding it difficult right now to stay on track with the morning of my non-surgery looming large. I don't know how long that will last, but for now I will continue to work at making the lifestyle changes I need to adopt no matter what I decide to do. Thank you again so much for your kindness and understanding. I will be checking on you all to keep myself motivated and focused and to cheer you all on.   Joy

Thanks guys...I know this will be slow and I may never get to where I would like to be, but it is a start. Maybe I needed to give this one more shot...who knows. Anyway...thanks so much. Hi Joy,  Its great news that you're doing the WW and losing. The surgery is a personal decision for everyone and you have to do whats best for you. I wish you luck no matter what path you choose to take and hope that you'll keep us informed and up to date on your loss.
