Hi Everyone! I'm sorry that I havent been around to post this lately, I havent had access to the computer the last couple of days, but now I'm back!

So, here is the damage for today...

B - South Beach Chocolate Cereal Bar and a few cashews

L - 2 slices of lunchmeat chicken and some whole grain goldfish

D - 2 oz Sirloin Tips and some cooked onions on top

So, lets hear it..... what did you eat today?

Lets see.... B- 2 cheesesticks L- grilled chicken with some bean sprouts and cooked peppers D- Sm. Wendys Chili Laura, I saw Jena tonight and she said to tell you Hi!! Was sooo nice to see her again and she said she will try to come down at the next support group meeting to say hi

B- Slim fast 11 oz

S-15 Triscuit Thin Crisps (whole grain) and an apple (smaill)

L- butternut squash and 1cup of red kidney beans

S- Slim fast 11oz

D- not sure yet

I am still on the fat chicks guide to eating yourself sick and dead diet- so here goes: b- nurtigrain yogurt bar s- 1/2 cup fat free vanila yogurt l- willow tree chix salad sand on bulkie roll w/ chips and soda d- chix breast drizzled w/ olive oil and seasonings, pasta roni, corn, green beans s- margaritas till I pass out and this was a good day....
