Tonsil update

She did great.  It was harder on me than her, well, maybe not.  She came home and is doing everything but taking her meds.  She REFUSES to take the antibiotic.  I tried 3 times last night 1st she spit it at me, then she threw it up, then I mixed it with a milk shake and she refused to drink it.  I don't know what else to do.  I am going to call the Dr. today and see if he can get her another one.  The Navy pharmacy does not have the flavors, so I will have him call it into the Wallgreens adn have them add a flavor.  I am waiting for her to wake up so she can see what the Tonsil Fairy brought her.   Thanks for the Good thoughts. jen I saw Pam at the Hospital yesterday, she looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, she is the tooth fairy's cousin.  HEHEHEHE!!!!  Whatever works to make her not mad at me.  I really thought she was going to be so mad at me, but instead she keeps saying, "I love you mommy"... SOOOOOO CUTE!!!!! Jen

Glad all went well with your daughter and hopfully you can get the flavored anti-biotic it does make a difference with kids taking it (I have trouble with my 3 year-old grandson).

I'm not sure I would even try the non-flavored drugs.  Yucko.  I have trouble with Phoebe taking medicine and she's 8.  Little stinkers.  But we love them.  Leslie
