Eatin Good Tuesday
It that time again
B- 1/2 c Kashi heart to heart cereal w/ a splash of fat free milk
L- a few bites of chicken salad with 3 whole wheat crackers (didnt want to go down for some reason today)
S- New Liquid Whey Protein vial mixed with some water and a bit of SF crystal light (42 grams protein!!)
D- chicken sausage with pepper and onions most likely.
So what is everyone else having today?

The chicken sausage is great! very lean and a wonderful flavor to it. I add just a little bit of teriyaki with the pepper and onions and the sausages and its awesome. I can only eat 1/2 of a sausage and for 3 of them its about $4 so you have very little into dinner and they're wonderful. My husband even likes them and he doesnt like white meat chicken.
I absolutely love that store, its become my favorite place to shop! Let me know if you want to go out there any time, you're not far from me.
