a personal trainer at work??

My boss has decided with the new year that everyone here should be trying to get into shape so hes decided hes bringing in a personal trainer on Tues-Thur of each week (on company time if you can believe that) for anyone whos interested   The trainer actually came in today and talked to those interested (about 15 of us) and we start next week! I am so looking forward to this, I needed the motivation and think this will really help keep me on track. I cant wait to get started!!

I work for a small printing company in New Bedford, MA. The owner is a health nut and sometimes a great guy to work for , 3 years ago he took the entire company on a 4 day caribbean cruise. Too bad I wasnt here at the time.  But he can be a very difficult and moody person to work for as well, if hes in a bad mood he can be up in your face screaming at you! Not hiring at the moment but then again thats one of those things he does when the mood hits as well...hahah.
