I notice we didnt do this over the weekend, so I thought I'd start today.... B- Dannon light and Fitcarb and sugar control blackberries & Cream Yogurt L- a little bit of Quiznos salad with chicken, no dressing S- I'm forcing the last drink of a protein slam down now.  D- I'm seriously considering making cottage cheese pancakes and adding some protein powder  I'm seriously trying to up my protein levels, I've been slacking bad.

L- Apple w/v-8 (3/4 oz) pinacola blend

D- baked potatoe w/green salad lightly sprinkled with cheese.

S- 8oz strawberries and cream slim fast

Pluse water and coffee

B - Dannon light Banana cream pie flavor S - Carnation Instant Breakfast L - cup of Italian Wedding Soup and a couple of bites of a half sandwich at the Newport Creamery S - Carnation Instant Breakfast sugar free both times of course D - nothing yet, I just got through making lasagna for the family, don't know what to make for me.

B - 1/2 cup cheerios w/ 1/2 cup skim milk L - 1/4 turkey/ spinach wrap S - banana D - we are going to be having beef stew (I think I'm having it - depends on how tender the meat is)

Hi all, B - 1/2 cinn/raisin bagel w/ cream cheese L - 1/2 steak, onion, & cheese grinder S - sugar free chocolate pudding D - 1 potato skin & 6 bites chix ceasar salad Drank 1 can diet coke with lunch & 32 oz water w/ lemonade Crystal Light.

Hey All, B- 1 Poached Egg with 1/2 lite bagel toasted L-1/4 cup refried beans w/ melted cheese D-1 egg omlet w/ cheese I have not snacked today or had enough water.  I better go get some liquid in before bed.
