Question for Jullee, Danielle and Fellow Bandsters

Jullee, Danielle and other Bandsters Have any of my fellow bandsters experienced episodes of coughing after eating (soup, cause I'm on liquids for couple of days)  and after drinking.  I recently (yesterday - Friday) received .5 CC's  in my 4 CC band  for a total of 1.5 CC's, after being unfilled two weeks ago (vomiting issues-fluero test showed band is fine).  Since then I have coughing fits when I eat, drink and in the middle of the night when I am sleeping.  I am not tight, because I was filled as much as 2.5 and never had this problem.  Can anyone shed some light.  I would hate to have to be unfilled again.

I have gotten a runny nose after eating, but not coughing.  Sorry, I am not sure what it could be.

Dear Nancy Jean, I'm not a bandster, but have had acid reflux all of my adult life.  Sounds like that. Check with your Dr. tomorrow.

I suppose you could also try OTC meds & see if that helps.  I still take my daily dose of Prevacid every AM. Good luck! Islander  Eileen

Thanks Islander.  I have been taken  pepcid complete.  Lets see what happens.

How are you making out with the Pepcid?

No change.  I think I may need something stronger.  Gonna use Zantac,  It helped when I had an Ulcer years ago. Thanks for asking.

Ive experienced the hiccups but not the coughing.....maybe your gettin a cold ...LOL
