Eatin' Good in OUR Neighborhood TGIF!!!!

Good morning everyone...I know its early, but I wont have a chance to post later on tonight..... All I have to say is TGIF!

Here is the (expected) damage for today:

B - 5 Whole Grain Ritz crackers w/ some Peanut Butter on top. I get my PB from Whole Foods...you grind it yourself and its just peanuts, no other ingredients. Its great and stays good forever!!!! Try it!

L - 3 slices of lunchmeat ham and a few fresh pineapple cubes

D - Sweet Potato Shephards Pie. I cook some 93% lean ground beef with 1 teaspoon of dry onion soup mix and some EVOO then drain. Peel, dice, boil in water and mash some sweet potatoes. I take a small caserole dish, put the meat on the bottom, then I add some frozen corn and peas (peas have some* protein) and then top with the mashed sweet potatoes and bake on 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Then I serve with some FF beef gravy! It is SOOOOO good. I eat one scoop and my boyfriend eats the rest!

large decaf light no sugar

coffee roll (yeaks) pre-op stage trying to get out of bad eating habits

hamburg w/two slices of wheat bread and a banana

Drinking water in between

Dinner not sure????

Heres my list for today so far.  B- Dannon light and fit carb and sugar control yogurt (strawberries & Cream..YUM) L- 1/2 X-lean grilled hamburger patty with a slice of FF cheese S- laughing cow light swiss wedge with 4 Ritz simply social whole wheat crackers D- ummm...no clue yet...Suggestions?

Ok, I'll tell.  I am not always good about tracking my food so here it goes.... B-Leftover Turkey Kielbasa about 2 oz,  Decaf coffee w/ splenda and milk L-Chicken salad w/ 4 carckers (whole grain) S-Beef Jerky D-Tyson Lemon Pepper pork chop (1/2) Steamed Broccoli and brown rice for the rest of the family.  (I dont dare to eat it after my mall disaster w/ rice) S-probably a sf pudding w/ some nuts I also went back to the gym today!!!!!  Yeah for me!!!!!! Jen
