Eatin' Good in OUR Neighborhood (3rd Edition)
Since Laura hasn't posted yet, I hope she doesn't mind if I start things off..
B - Coffee and String Cheese
L - Grilled Cheese Sandwich
D - 1 Slice Frozen Pizza
32oz of Water
I am glad we are doing this, because I didn't realize how little protein I got in today. No Meat!!! UGH!! So tomorrow I will focus on Protein...
Here is my first post for this topic! Ugh, I hate being accountable!
B - Atkins Advantage Protein Shake
S - 1 small bag (100 cal) Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips
L - South Beach diet southwest chicken wraps, 1/2 cup NSA ice cream
S - Handful of these chocolate/hazelnut wafer thingies at work (Bad, Bad girl!!)
D - Haven't decided yet. Either some tuna and 100% whole grain wheat thins or some NSA spicy baked beans with 2% Mexican blend cheese melted on top. Dinner is usually hard for me because I don't feel like eating much at night.
Haven't gotten in all my fluids yet - am going to have 32 oz before dinner and then a cup of decaf tea before bed!

So, here is the damage for yesterday the 3rd.
B - Whole Grain Goldfish
L - 3 slices of Ham lunchmeat and a few fresh pineapple cubes
D - 2 oz Sirloin Steak with 1/4 baked Sweet Potato...MMM!!!
