anyone interested in Trader Joes?

I've seen so many posts on the other boards talking about the great deals and things they have, so I've been thinking about taking a ride out there to see what they had. From what I can tell they are about an hour away, and I thought I would see if any anyone else interested in possibly getting a small group together and going this weekend?

I'd like to go.  I have a kid's birthday party on Saturday in Cranston that should be over by early afternoon.  I'll probably have to bring the girlies, so I would take my own car.  A caravan would be fun though! Leslie

I am busy this weekend, but thanks for thinking of us.  I believe there is one in Marlboro MA...  Is that the one you are thinking about?

The closest ones I saw were either Hyannis or Hanover. They were the ones I was thinking of , but it really doesnt matter to me...I'm up for whichever one everyone else wants.

I love TJs! We usually go to the one in Arlington (about 50 mins away), but that's only because it's near Penzey's Spices, which I also love going to. There is one closer (maybe a half hour away?), but I'd have to look up which one that is. My hubby works a double on Saturdays, so it's just me and the kids. Unfortunately, they are at ages (2 and 4) where it's not usually worth it for me to bring them on a long car trip and then drag them around a store (with out my husband as backup!) If I can get someone to come with me, I might be able to swing it (I was actually thinking of planning a trip there soon, myself). Let me know the plan!

Thanks for the invite Angela - I would have loved to go BUT I have to work Saturday and get ready for my surgery - have to get the house stocked up - since I will be unable to get around by myself!  Perhaps next time!
