Eatin' Good in OUR Neighborhood (Hump Day Edition)

Hi Everyone! Happy Wednesday. This means the week is 1/2 over...woohoo!

So, here is the damage for today:

B - 1/2 serving of whole grain goldfish

S - 1/2 Mozz 1/2 Cheddar Kraft Cheese Stick

L - 5 whole grain Ritz with Willow Tree Chicken Salad on top

D - Wendy's Chili

S - slice of 99% Fat Free ham

I haven't been doing well with my water intake so I am really trying to step it up today. I also have to get in my Isopure RTD Alpine Punch!

So, lets hear what you have eaten today!

Ugh!  Work today has been the worst.... B - Med Coffee - milk and sugar L - Carnation Instant Breakfast and Oreo D - 3 Oz piece of Chicken and some Cucumbers Probably do some pistaccios (sp) for a snack later.... I here you on the water...so far today i think I only got in about 10 oz!!!!!  See you tomorrow....

An interesting menu today.  My husband woke me with orange juice/champagne.  Then coffee with some creamer.  I had some sips of the ****tail.  Returning later- it was gone!  Oh, well. 3 choc. covered nuts (small) 1/2 chix salad sandwich (one-sided) & a few fries (Newport Creamery).  This was TOO much. Leftover ham with some scalloped potatoes (very little of the latter) one bite cheese pizza No, I haven't gotten in all of my water today.  It was a short post holiday vacation. I find it difficult to being eating in the a.m.  I'm just not hungry. I have to keep out-strategizing myself.  I did get in my supplements, though. Islander Eileen

ok, heres my damage for today.  B - 1/4 cup banana nut granola (dry) L- chicken with bean sprouts and peppers all grilled together with a drizzle of sesame oil (it was the inside filling of 1/2 of a chinese chicken wrap) D- 1/2 an extra lean hamburger patty with a slice of fat free cheese, 1/2 slice of tomato and a slice of bread and butter pickle I've not been much to eat the snacks, so I usually dont get those in. I have to make myself eat the 3 meals and my planned dinner of chicken sausage fell flat tonight because I just dont feel like eating anything so it was easier to warm up the other half of a hamburger patty from last night..haha.  I'm also bad abou****er, I've only had about 32 oz today.
