Eatin' Good in OUR Neighborhood (1st Edition)
I didnt get too many responses on my previos post, but I figured I would post the 1st Eatin' Good thread and hopefully I will get some more responses!
So here goes:
Breakfast - 1/4 scrambled egg and 1.5 oz of Ham heated w/ sugar free maple syrup to add taste!
Snack - 1/2 a serving of Whole Grain Goldfish
Lunch - a few bites of lunchmeat from my boyfriends sandwich
Dinner - Small Wendy's Chili
Snack - 2 Sugar Free Chocolate Covered Peanut Clusters (took a ride to the new Bass Pro Shop in Foxboro MA today and found them there.... no sugar, no sugar alchohol....taste really great!)
Totals for the day from Fitday.com:
Calories - 575 Fat - 16 Carbs - 35 Protein - 70

ok, yesterday was a bad day, but here goes. .....
1/1 Breakfast - Woke up wayyyy too late and skipped this (i know, i know...i try not to do it but I didnt get to bed until 5am ) Lunch- 1/4 chicken salad sandwich on 1 slice peppridge farms very thin wheat bread toasted, about a tablespoon homemade potato salad Dinner - 1/2 grilled x-lean hamburger patty with a slice of tomato , Tbsp potato salad. Fitdays breakdown - 318 calories- 20 fat - 13 carbs - 19 protein 1/2 Breakfast - 1/4c banana nut granola Lunch- Not sure yet Dinner - chicken sausage with peppers and onions**post to come about this**
I am in the pre-op testing stage, but I am trying to change my eating habits now.
Today:
1/2 of plain bagel, lightly buttered.
medium decaf, extra light, no sugar
Lunch:
homemade salad with fat free turkey
Dinner
homemade salad with fat free turkey.
Sipping on water every chance I get.
snack 1: ice cream (I am trying to move away from this now)!
snack 2: cinnamon wheat thins
I will have fat free and sugar free yogurt later.
PS not sure of the caloric intake etc.
