Merry Christmas
Dave - Merry Christmas to you as well - thank you for all the support you've given year round
It was definately a different Christmas - I think it's the first Christmas in like my whole life that I did NOT have chocolate.... and guess what? I'm fine with it
lol - well maybe I'll have a sugar free chocolate pudding for dessert. Hardest thing for me was finding some clothes in my closet that fit and I could wear to church
I did round something up - not my first choice but it worked. My family all had the traditional prime rib dinner and I made sure I had some salmon for me - was wonderful and I didn't feel deprived.
How did you all fair through Christmas with food?
Pam

Glad you did well, I think I did decent. I had turkey and a little pototos and stuffing. I did try a little bit of cheese cake. I couldn't resist. I was worried I may dump, but i didn't so that was good. All in all I think I did ok. Of course so much better than last Christmas, when i would have had multiple deserts and seconds, thirds and sometimes fouths of turkey and all the trimmings.
