I fianlly did it...joined a gym
Well after months of going back and fourth on what to do about exercise over the winter, I finally joined a gym. I went down to Planet Fitness and they had a 99.00 for a year deal.
I know I needed to do something, and my nutritionist and doctor have been talking to me about getting more exercise.
So I signed up and tonight met with a personal trainner. She has started to show me the machines and have set up a work out routine for me. I really felt good about it tonight as I was working out.
Now if we just don't get a lot of bad snow days like last week, I should be able to get to the gym on a regular basis

yeah Dave!! When I used to go- I would go 1st thing in the morning (and trust me- I am NOT a morning person) and would not let myself give any excuses why I couldn't go. It would really boost my energy for the day!! And if you shoot for 6 days a week, when you miss a day, it isn't so bad!
(I so need to get motivated like that again- since I was sick last winter- I lost my drive!)
