First Post Op appointment

I went to doctor today - 10 days post op - I have lost about 16 lbs since my last appointment Everything is healing well and I can start exercising (slow) now :)    yippeeeeeeee   lol Pam

Congrats on the 16lbs Pam, that is awesome!  We need to start exercising together, I've been realed but having a hard time finding the time. I need to get my butt moving!

16 pds.  That's 16 packs of butter,  a rather large turkey,  a 5month old infant,  OH MY GOSH!!!!  Excellent.  I have to put these things into perspective to truly appreciate them. It's truly amazing what the human body will put up with.   I have lost 26 pounds since I started the ride.  That's over 2 pecks of apples, 32 double whoppers or my favorite 21 gallons of fudge ripple ice cream.   YIPEEEEE  we are on our way.......

Oh my goodness I didn't think of those things!  My fat cat weighs 16 pounds.  People look at him and say Oh my God!  What a huge cat!  Now imagine seeing him plastered on your butt

LOL  .  That reminds me of a Halloween costume.  The old lady looking for her cat, she turns around only to see a tail and four paws protruding from her crack.    It hurts to laugh.
