One Year Anniversary Today

I am having my one year anniversary today and I have never felt better in my life.  I guess I owe it all to Dr. Roye for giving me my life back.  I am down 214 lbs and I still have a little ways to go to get to my goal weight.  I hope everyone has a great holiday season and I wish everyone luck in reaching their goals.   Michael

Congratulations Michael!   I'll be 4 months out tomorrow and I feel wonderful.  I can't even begin to think of how great it must be to by one year out.  You should be proud of yourself.  Thanks for posting. Landa

How wonderful for you!!!  This is what I need to hear.  I will be having lapband on January 11.  I hope that I am as successful as you are and will be able to do as you have.  Congratulations!!!
