any news on fogo or Jules?

Just wondering if anyone has heard how they are doing? 

Hi, it's just me, jules lol  I'm a bit sore but other than that ok.  I'm having trouble getting in the 3-4 protein shakes.  My sternum kinda hurts a bit if I take too big a gulp of water or shake.  I know I need to drink more water though because I'm all dried up - lips are like I was in the Sahara.  Thanks for asking!  Jules
