I'm so sorry for the stress and disappointment you've  been going through. I think once you switch over to BCBS you should have no problem. I have BCBS and had no problems at all, Good Luck keep us posted. I'll be praying for you

Thank you Fogo and Annie. I've spent eight months going through this, I'll be damned if I quit now.  My advocate doesn't know I am switching insurance yet, but she is appealing the company that uses UHC. We'll see if she succeeds... I doubt it though.
