I have A Date

Hi guys, I have a date.  Its Nov. 28.  I can't believe its finally happening.  Jen I had my appointment the same day as you.  My appt. was at 3pm so I got the day after you.  He offered to do the Surgery on Nov. 21 but I didn't want to have Surgery the day before Thanksgiving that would be nuts.   Jen are you having RNY or Band?  I wasn't offered any Pre-op class.  

congrats!!!  my gosh- November is sure going to be busy around here!  Imagine all the hotties at the beach come next summer!!!

  Congrats!  I don't blame you for not wanting to go in the day before Thanksgiving!  I hadn't heard of pre-op class until now.  I have to go for pre admission testing and meet with the anset - anstegio - the guy who puts you to sleep!  LOL  Best of luck!  Jules

I am having RNY and was told that the class is Mandatory.  If you dont go, then RI Hosp. will refuse to do the surgery.  Check into it.  I bet you were in the waiting room when I came out.  Funny.  OK, you, me and Pam could all be in that hospital at the same time.  That is soooo funny.  Lets request a suite.  Honestly, I am hoping to be able to stay for the full 3 days.  I have 3 little ones at home and I think I will get more rest there.  He said 2-3 days, I am praying for 3.\
