APPROVED!
I received my approval today in the mail!!!!!!! 
As everyone has been saying...please follow up with your case. I say this because as some already know, I called HMO Blue of NE yesterday (10/24), they checked on my status and said it was still in review and no decision has been made yet. However, when the paper work came in today it was dated 10/22. I should of just called Dr. Ryder's office in the first place but I felt the real source was BC since they would be the one that had final say.
Anyways, that part of the process is over and I'm now on to my next step.
