Barix...Time til approval-PAT's-Surgery

Hi all,  I haven't posted in a while.  I'm in the final stretch of the 6 month (insurance required) diet.  I weigh - in this week and then I'll schedule my final weigh in the second week in November...then I can send in for approval.  YIPPEEEE!  Can you feel me smiling??? My question is ... what's the scheduling been like at Barix lately?  How long does it take from the time you get approved until scheduling for PAT's?  And from there...how long until you get a date?   Do you get insurance approval within days-Weeks- of paperwork submission?  I'm so excited...the end of fatdom is near!  Jen ;)

Jenn, It totally depends on your insurance company. Each one is different. Mine I had to have a psch eval and nutition eval bebore i could get aproved. I did not have to do the 6 month diet. And my approval was about 2 weeks. I know I am not much help but wanted to reply to you. Claudia
