Exercise

Glad to hear your commitment to exercise. I had my surgery 4 years ago and began a new career as a personal trainer two years ago. In terms of cardio, have you ever thought about spinning class or a row class? Many gyms offer them for a fee of $10.00 or so per class and you do not have to join the gym. They are terrific for fat burning. In regard to strength, balance and flexibility training there are many exercises you can do with body weight, or resistance bands or with hand weights if you do not have much room for working out at home.
