Weekend Plans

Hi Everyone! Happy Friday!!! (finally)

Just wanted to check in with everyone and see if anyone had any fun suggestions for things to do this weekend. My normal weekend is grocery shopping with my boyfriend, going for a walk and watching a movie.... I want to switch it up and do something else. Any suggestions?

This is the time for all those Fall festivities...hay rides, pumpkin picking, apple picking...and corn mazes. Check out the local paper. The East Providence Post is a good source for finding activites.  Have a nice weekend, I'm booked up with soccer activites.

Tomorrow I am a vendor at a craft and vendor fair in Pawtucket.  It is to raise money for the "Relay for Life" for the American Cancer Society.  There are 2 floors full of things to see and a great chance to get a jump on holiday shopping.   It is being held at : The Grant 250 Main St Pawtucket  02860 hours are 10am- 5pm It is for a great cause and I hope to see some of you there- I will be doing hand treatments- so make sure and stop by for one!!

King Richard's Faire is a blast too (that was where my avatar pic is from) We try and go once a year at least- can get very expensive though!

I'm doing the faire next weekend, this weekend we really dont have any plans. DH has to work tomorrow so I'll probably take a walk down on the harbor, other than that.....hmmm..no idea! (Sit around and worry about insurance authorization probably..HAHA)

No Fairs or Festivals for me this weekend. Went to Scituate festival last weekend. I'll be home preparing Mutton Stew and Personal Grave's for an event on Tuesday night being held at the Lizzy Borden B&B.   Here are the details!!!   Hope to see you there!  

Dawn- that sounds awesome!!  Wish I could go, but with my little guy being sick- I would hate to make plans then have to cancel.  I hope the event is a huge sucess- for a great cause!!

Thank you so much.  Yes, the little one comes first and wouldn't have it any other way. Hope he feels better soon. I gotta tell ya, my husband told me to make the mutton stew, perhaps this might kick up some activity within the home as Lizzy tried to poison her family with it. But because she couldn't buy enough poison from the drug store, they only were extremely sick and did not die according to her plan, so she grabbed an axe and chop chop. The stew sounds like a pretty interesting idea to say the least.  Kudos to my skeptic husband! LOL
