Hi Everyone-               Well at this time one yr ago I was just getting my room At RI hospital for my RNY! Today I am 116 pounds down and in a size 18-20. I have 10 more pounds until I hit onederland and I feel great for the most part. I just have to watch my b12 levels.             My husband and I just became licensed foster care parents and we now have our 1st child and she is 7 yrs old. Her name is Leann and she is a very active kid so now I can run around and play games with her! Life has been good over the past yr with a couple ups and downs but nothing major! Good luck to everyone!                                              Shannon

HI Shannon,  I remember you going for your surgery!!! Congratulations on the one year surgiversay!! Love that word!! I too am down to a size 18 and have 5 lbs to go before one duner land...and its a tough thing to do now...it's coming off real slow.  I have to watch my B-12 also.  I am taking over the counter vitamin B12 every other day, plus a b 50 vitamin.   It would be nice to hear from everyone who had their surgery in 2006!  Where are you all??? Thanks for sharing Shannon and again congratulations!!  Carol B

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes and the congrats! It is well needed because as time goes on and you do not see the results as fast as you did before it can get a little fustrating at times. Just trying to follow my diet and exercise and hoping that I can get more pounds off!                               Shannon
