Finally finished jumping through all my hoops!!!

I had my last test done today... going to call Dr. Roye's office to schedule appt and then hopefully surgery!!!  I actually hoping he will wait to schedule until mid to late November.  My folks go to Florida for the month of October and early November and they'd really like to be here when I have this done. wish me luck :) Pam
