YEAH IT IS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You all have no idea how happy I am that this is done.  It went VERY well.  I was really scared, but the worst part was gargleing with that nasty stuff.  I almost threw up 3 times.  Once the med's were in, I was out for the count.  The test was neg. for ulcers, but they did a biopsy of the stomach.  They saw some inflammation or something. 

ALL OF MY TESTS FOR APPROVAL ARE DONE!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kathleen is faxing it off to tricare tomorrow.  Maybe I will know by the end of the week.  Wish me luck. Jen

congrats jen. hopefully, surgery will be soon. so how long did all those tests take?

A good month to get them all in.  I still have to get approval now and once I do I have more tests to do.  The remainder should not be as bad though.  I already had the sleep study and that one is the worst since it can take so long to get in.  I was hoping to have my RNY in Oct. but it looks more like Nov. sometime.  Thats ok, i can deal. Thats wonderful Jen!! I was thinking about you yesterday and wondering how your test was going because I remembered you were not looking forward to it. Hopefully within a week you'll have a date! Make sure you keep us posted.
