Anyone walking on Saturday?

HI All, Just checking to see if anyone will be walking on Saturday at Roger Williams Park?  We had been meeting at 9:00 am in the Carousel parking lot.  Let me know if anyone is going....

I have never gone with you all, but I would like to.  Is the Carousel open that early.  I was hoping that my hubby could drive me there and spend time in the park w/ the kiddo's while we walk.  How long do you usually walk for?  Maybe I will finally put a face to all these great names.  You all ROCK!

Hi Jen, The Carousel opens at 10:00.  http://www.rogerwilliamsparkzoo.org/visit/ParkCarousel.cfm We usually do a loop, honestly I don't recall how long (probably a bit less than 1 hour).  I haven't gone in the past few weeks so I really forget..lol   Hopefully we see each other on Saturday - I won't be there on Sunday. Let me know what you decide.

HI Jen, Sorry you couldn't make it.  I won't be able to walk next Saturday because I have to work, but I should be there the Saturday after that.

Hay Danielle, So sorry.  My husband had his sleep study last night and he wanted to sleep all morning.  I am a true RI'er and I dont druve up there alone.  I hate getting lost....  HEHEHE!!! Maybe I will catch you another week. Jen

I did notice that there is a playground off the parking lot that we meet at - you had asked about the carousel.. so maybe they could play at the playground while you walk.  BTW - I looked at your pictures in your profile.  You have a beautiful family!!!!

Hi Guys...I know I've been MIA for a while! I'm not going to be able to do the next two Saturdays because my best friend's wedding is coming up on 9/1, so I'm busy the next 2 weeks with that. I really do want to start again, though, so I'll definitely plan on going the 8th. Have fun and bring your water bottles - it's going to be hot on Saturday!
