F@%$ing Traffic!

I tried to get to Dr. Messier's group today but got stuck in traffic on Rt. 136 in Swansea AND on 195W coming from where I work in Warren. I was really disappointed because I haven't been in 3 weeks and was looking forward to seeing everyone and also talking about some "food demon issues" I've been dealing with lately. Anyway, I also typed up a list of "post-op goodies" for everyone - I will have to give them out next week, I guess. From now on, I'm leaving work extra-early! Hope you guys had a good group! BTW, anyone walking on Saturday?

Dont you just HATE that? Last week I went to the support group at Roger Williams and never thought I was going to get through Providence to get there. I have the seminar next week and want to make sure I leave extra early for that as well! Hopefully you'll make it next week . I would love to go walking, but I'm afraid this week I'm entertaining guests from England, but I do hope to join you ladies soon. Now to figure out where Roger Williams park is......

Sorry you didn't make it. It was a small group today, just five of us.  But we did have a good session, lots of good information going on. It's so nuts with the traffic.  I work on the providence/pawtucket line and have to leave at 3pm to make it.  It's only like 5 miles away, but you never know how bad the traffic is.  ....dave

Hi Krista, I also didn't make the group - I have been entertaining my neice and nephew all summer and they were still with me when it was time to leave.  I will be there next week for sure.  I didn't realize how much I would miss the group.  I look forward to your goodie suggestions!  Have a great week!  Jules

Hi Krista, Sorry no walking for me this Saturday.  But I will be spending the day in Newport which will require a lot of walking...  Hope you guys have a nice time.

Ohhhh Danielle will be in Newport this weekend!!!! Have fun and dont spend too much money...its very very expensive here!!! lol I wont be walking either, my sons birthday party is Saturday...everyone say a prayer for me.....and it should go something like this: Dear Lord, Please help Jullee be strong around all that delicious food that she will be cooking. and also lord help her keep the strength she needs as to not strangle all of the little rugrats that will be invading her home on Saturday!! ha ha ha
