I'm curious to know does anyone else experience the ****ty service and attitude       from one particular office staff member or is it just me?  Inquiring minds want to know. I think Dr. G is great but someone there is in the wrong profession.

I agree - the girl who took care of me after my visit with Dr Phol was rather snotty!  I had to ask her many questions or else I would have walked out of there knowing nothing!  Otherwise the doc was great - precise and to the point business as usual!

I have never had a problem with anyone in the office, the ladies there always seemd helpful and pleasent. Maybe I just havent had the pleasure of meeting her yet. Sometimes you have to tell people " If you dont like your job quit !"  Marc

Thanks for your relpies...I needed to blow off some steam.  I've dealt with a particular staff over the phone on 2 occassions and both times she's been unpleasant and unprofessional.  Thanks for responding to my gripe.

Boy this sounds all too familiar to me!  If you hadn't statement which Dr.'s office, I would have thought is was Dr. Royes secretary. I walked all the way out calling her a Nasty ***** so everyone could hear me. So, you are not alone in these experiences.

There are some really nice people in the office and some really bratty ones.  You just have to take it wtih a grain a of salt or throw the attitude back to them.  That usally gets their attention.

"Because we do not know when we will die we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well and yet everything happens only a certain number of times and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your life that you can't even conceive of your life without it. Perhaps four or five times more? Perhaps not even that. How many times will you watch the full moon rise, perhaps twenty, and yet it all seems so limitless."
