going to confrence tonight at mariam hospital tonight. but i have a couple of questions to ask your answers will be appricated . i weigh 345 pounds im 5'2'  do you know about how much weight i have to lose before surgery?and also how long does it usually take to get approved? and did anyone go to DR.HARRY SAX? thank you

The approval process time-line varies by insurance provider, plan, and required doctors test.  This also applies to how much weight you might be required to lose.  Not knowing Dr Sax, I could not really guess.  Good luck!!!
