Got my insurance approval!!!
Today I called Blue Cross and I've been approved for surgery. Finally! I had a little bit of a delay with this, not sure what happened, but it took over two months for this to come through.
So I called the surgeons office to see if everything is all set. There were a few tests missing, so I called the doctors' offices to have them faxed over. All I'm waiting for is my letter of approval from my phych doctor, and she said she is writting it this week. Hopefully soon I can get in for my 2nd appointment and get a surgery date.
I'm getting closer. Hopefully not too much longer.

How on earth did you get to do all your tests "before" the approval finally came through???
Dr Giovanni and Phol give a seminar, which is required. At the seminar they give a list of all the tests needed. I had all the appointments set up for the tests before my first appointment and then spent the next two months getting them done.
