Good Meeting!

Hey folks! I thought last night's meeting was quite good. I really enjoyed the group discussion after the teaching portion. Everyone seemed very relaxed, open and sharing. I went home feeling really good! Thank you to everyone who was willing to buy my protien powders! I will now have more room in my cupboards. I don't know why I bought all those in the first place, I was never even a big fan of chocolate milk as a kid/adult, or milkshakes. Thanks again! Pam 

I can't believe I missed this one. I was all ready to go to and then I ended up working late..  Pam - a group of us are walking at 9:00 am at Roger Williams park...we are meeting at the Carosel parking lot...you should come!!!!

Aaawwww, I didn't catch this in time! I have to care for my mom between 6:15 and 7:00 am and I didn't check messages after that. I went for a bike ride on the  Blackstone walking/bike path. I know you guys have also gone on Saturdays, but I don't have a health aide late enough on weekends to be able to go, at least not on Saturdays, so that's out for me. Maybe if you go during the morning next week I'll join you.

This was actually for Saturday...sorry I didn't say that...glad you didn't go all the way down there for nothing. I love that bike path. That was the first one I have ever ridden on. We went from front street up to the visitors center.

Hi Pam, I went with hubby today on a bike path. But it wasn't a long one. We went to one off Breakstone Rd I think. It was fun thou. We both bought bikes last week so that was the first time i was on a bike in 30 years. Where is the bike path you go on and how long is it. And where is the parking? Hi Claudia, I have been on the Blackstone Valley bike path (the section I was on was approx 9.5 miles round trip - Front Street to the 295 Visitors center) and also on the South County bike path (12 miles round trip -from the Kingston train station to wakefield).   I think the next one I will try is the east bay bike path.  Where is breakstone road?

We park in the lot off of front street....basically coming from Lincoln almost to the mendon road intersection.
