Walking on Saturday???
No, I meant walking! I would LOVE to start bike riding again, though. I'm feeling proud of myself this week - I did 30 mins on the elliptical on Monday, aerobics class at the Y last night and yoga this morning. I'm determined to get another 10 pounds off by Labor Day weekend, which also happens to be my best friend's wedding!
