how long before you heard from doc
There aren't many people on this board that has seen Dr. Sax. You might want to ask the New York board. I believe he use to be down there a lot longer. Also, IMHO, just give the office a call and see if they got the fax and if you are suppose to call them and book the appointment or is there other things you need to do first. Better to ask them and to wait longer than you have to.
