Sad News:(

Hi Guys,

Sorry I have not been around the past week, my brother in law passed away a week ago today. 36 years young. It has been a difficult week. I am even more anxious to get my life moving now. He didn't die because of weight his addiction was much worse than food. He leaves behind a wife, an 18 and 4 year old boys. Say a prayer for him & the family. I looked long and hard at what life means the last couple of days and did some soul searching. My reason for getting healthier may have a greater reason now than before. Life is special. Live for every day and love others with respect. Mary

Mary, Sorry to hear about your brother-in-law.  My prayers go out to you and your family.  We often find strength at the most difficult times, just as you have and I have in the past.  I lost a sister who was 41 years-old with an 11year old boy and 7 year old girl.   I thought I would die with her, but you get through it. Much sympathy to you Nancy

Thank you to all for you kind words, it is a most difficult time but with the help of god and the good friends in my life i will move on and be stronger for it. I have a new outlook so in some ways I know that this has helped me. I feel good about a healthier future and I wish that for all of you. Thank you again.
