WTF?????????
How often do you weigh yourself? Have you been eating salty foods? Have you been drinking water? When is the last time you went #2? All of these thing I have found affect my day to day weight. I try to weigh myself just once a week - naked first thing in the am. Doesn't mean these things don't effect the overall number, but it keeps it consistant. I also graph my weekly weight. That way I can see how far I have come and realize that a few bumps don't mean anything in the long term.
I guess ive been eating salty stuff lately..friggin peanuts...I knew I should have left them alone...LOL...as for #2,well thats another ISSUE...BIG ISSUE....no matter how much benefiber I put in my water, IT DOESNT HELP....ive tried EVERYTHING....still cant go...had to gave my hubby gimme an enima the other day..I kow thats gross and probably too much info but hey..im sure we've all been there!!!!!!!!!
My friend "TOM" came yesterday so that is probably the reason for the gain...phew....lol
As for my fill or unfill I should say...its going good but I have NO restriction and am looking forward to getting it filled again!!!!
