Liquids on a diet

If I am drinking water (tons of water that is) is there anything wrong with putting crystal light in it to give it flavor or does it defeat the purpose? This is not ordered to do by Dr.

If it is Crystal light then there shouldn't be a problem. My Dr. & Nutritionist suggest it.

Yes, crystal light just adds flavor to the water, what you dont want is anything that has caffeine in it because caffeine is a diuretic and will make you excrete more water than you take in. Also you dont want to have drinks with high sodium in it as it will make you retain water.

LOL!  I'm really liking the Green Tea/Rasberry.. yummm Thank god for Crystal Light.I feel that plain water leaves a real nasty after taste in my mouth... it's probably because it's NP water! LOL I normally buy poland springs but if I drink CL, then I can drink tap water and not have to pay a dime out.

THATS WHAT I DO...I REUSE MY LITTLE WATER BOTTLES, PUT TAP WATER IN THEM WITH CRYSTAL LIGHT....AND WHAAA LAAAAA....LOL........YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BECUZ BELIEVE ME, NEWPOR****ER IS NOOO BETTER THAN PROV WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EWWWW.......
