My Fill....

Well it was very uneventful...in and out in a matter of 30 minutes...a quick pinch with the needle and im filled, 1cc. didnt feel much different yesterday, but today im definitely feeling more restriction. I can actually feel the tightness of my band....weird. Im on liquids for 2 days then soft foods for another 2 days, then back to regular foods. Im not really feeling hungry today either..so hopefully this will kick up my weight loss a little more!!!!
