At Home - now what

I had my surgery on Tuesday the 12th and came home on Thursday the 14th.   I am feeling pretty good - a little sore though.  I feel like I have forgotten everything I learned prior to the surgery.  My mom is here helping me and taking care of my son.  The visiting nurse is coming here today - have lots of questions for her.    Anyway - so far so good.  I am on my way.

Welcome back!  What did you have done the band or bypass?

Thank you all for your well wishes.  I am on my fifth day and so far so good.  The only problem I am having is with the protein drinks - already sick of them.  Any suggestions on different ones.  I am using the Met RX chocolate ready made. To kimac61 - I had the bypass.

i had bypass by dr roye also in march i could not really handle any protein drinks.i did alot of the protein bullets.i found the nectar one to be yummy,i have the strawberry kiwi one and i think its good. mix it up try samples.if you have any ?'s feel free to ask

Hi -- I have not heard of the protein bullets.  What are they and where can I find them?

i get them at vitamin shoppe on bald hill rd in warwick right across from sams club and best buy
