I am home and I am banded. I am feeling pretty good right now. I did end up staying the night. I am just relaxing. I guess the booklet I got over a year ago I was going to need it today. I tried to have them fax it over to me and for some reason it won't fax. So I am winging it for a couple of days with no rules. I just wanted to give you all a quick update one me. Ciao

I am trying to rest but I am kind of uncomfy, but I am trying. Do you still have your packet from Dr Pohl? I can't find mine and he told me in the hospital that I need it. It's only been a year since I got the packet. It would have been nice to know I needed it today. LOL If there was a way you could scan it or fax it to me that would be great. I tried the office and it didn't fax over to me for some reason. I will even get an email if you can.

I don't have access to a fax or scanner. Call the ofice and tell them you need it faxed oer PRONTO!! Be a pain! It'll work

Congrats!! Glad you are doing well. You should be drinking the water based protein drinks and lots of water.....when I say drink...I mean sip sip sip sip sip...walk walk walk walk walk...sip sip sip sip sip. Those are the rules for the first couple of days.
