Hi Everyone, I am so excited.  I finally got my date..........July 10th.    I was hoping to have it in mid-June but one of the test showed that I might have a blockage in my heart.   I was ready for Dr Roye telling me there may have been a problem with my blood test results but not this.....  So I had to go to a Cardiologist for another test, a Stress Echocardogram, my doctor called last week and said everything was A OK and gave me my cardiac clearance.   Dr. Roye was probably right just a shadow of by breast.  They get in the way of everything.  As soon as I get to my goal weight they will be coming off as quick as a dress on prom night. Counting down the days, Paula

Hey Paula, I'm so happy for you,  I know you were stressing, but not anymore.   The date will be here sooner then you think and you will be losing just as fast.   Nancy

"Because we do not know when we will die we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well and yet everything happens only a certain number of times and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your life that you can't even conceive of your life without it. Perhaps four or five times more? Perhaps not even that. How many times will you watch the full moon rise, perhaps twenty, and yet it all seems so limitless."

Thank you all for your well wishes.    I am so happy      Kristen* what an inspiring thought.  My last "fat" summer.   I was going to wear a sleeveless shirt to work, but then caught a look of the size of my arms and grabbed something else.   I will have to start getting out all my old clothes that I have archived that range from size 8 to 24 to see what I will have to wear on the way down the scale. I will be at the next meeting, don't forget it starts at 6:15 now. Kristen* make sure you bring you WDW pictures.

Hey There My Friend, Congratulations on your date. That is such exciting news. What I am really jeolous of is the fact that yours can make shadows. Mine are far inferior and nothing could create a shadow. I look forward to congradulating you on the 6th. Hope you make it to the meeting. Betz 359/216/199 begining/current/next goal

Yea Paula!! I'm so happy for you! I'm really glad to hear about your test results, phew! Dr. Roye is so wonderfully thorough. I think that your post about your family being so nervous is common, but if they knew Dr. Roye and how cautious he is, I think they would feel better. It's amazing how quickly time will fly.  I had my surgery in July last year, the sixth. I've already lost 118lbs! I know it's hard to imagine, I remember like it was a few months ago, what it felt like to be right where you are. Congratulations!! Pam
