New show on The Learning Channel
My husband was the same way over cell phones.....he absolutely refused to get one. Then my son moved in with us and got me one and one day we had to be at a singing engagement and didn't know how to get there, so we called the lady from my cell phone. That changed his mind in a big hurry.
So what did you all think about the show? I found it really interesting? I want to watch next week because that big guy Allan is going to have his surgery. I thought that it was very well done and shows the emotions that the patients and their families go through.

Let the words of my mouth and meditations of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, oh Lord my strength and my redeemer.
I am so bummed. I missed it. I so wanted to see it. I just got busy and I forgot to turn on the tv. GRRR I am so bummed.

"Because we do not know when we will die we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well and yet everything happens only a certain number of times and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your life that you can't even conceive of your life without it. Perhaps four or five times more? Perhaps not even that. How many times will you watch the full moon rise, perhaps twenty, and yet it all seems so limitless."
