Hello all.....so tell me...what have we all been eating....lets start with yesterday at breakfast.....as for me:
Breakfast: Protein shake & FF yogurt
Lunch: Ham Salad
Dinner: Tuna Salad
Protein shake last night
Breakfast: Protein shake
Lunch: Salad with tuna salad and sunflower seeds
Dinner: Chicken Quesidilla on a whole grain wrap
Snack: 60 calorie chocolate stick
