How are you moving?

What are you doing for exercise? I alternate between a couple.... 1) I run - I am following the couch to 5K program 2) I do Yoga - have a 20 min DVD 3) I walk 4) Biggest Loser DVD - weights 5) Bike Riding - my husband just bought me this great bike that changes gears all by itself!! I love it!!

Hi Danielle....great question!!! 1) I powerwalk everyday on my lunch break..havent gotten up to jogging yet but im working on it 2)Do my 30 minute TaeBo at night 3)Joined the Y so ive been doing deep water aerobics and doing the treadmill, bike and nautilus machines....

hiya i'm up to 45min to an hour on the elliptical machine at my apartments' gym every morning [45 minutes when i can't get my ass out of bed at 5:45!]. I also do other training exercises every other night for about 45 minutes to an hour. And, since I now live ont he bike path - on the weekends, instead of going to the gym [it gets too crowded] I have been walking the 9 mile trail. A friend of mine is letting me use this really old/cool bike of his, too - so i've biked the trail once and plan on doing it tonight. i can't believe i can actually ride a bike. although, my *ahem* girlie parts, aren't that excited about it - the rest of me is!
